  Market Research & Intelligence
  - Design and execute primary and secondary research to identify industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging market opportunities.
  - Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess market sizing, segmentation, and growth drivers.
  
  Internal Environment Analysis
  - Conduct in-depth diagnostic assessments of client organizations, including financial performance, operational efficiency, and organizational structure.
  - Identify internal bottlenecks and value-creation levers to improve overall business health.
  
  Business Due Diligence (BDD)
  - Support Private Equity and corporate clients in M&A activities by performing rigorous Business Due Diligence.
  - Evaluate target companies’ business models, commercial viability, and historical/projected performance to mitigate investment risks.
  - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate investment hypotheses and synergy potential.
