    Job Summary
    We are looking for an execution-focused People & Operations Lead / Manager to oversee day-to-day people management and operational effectiveness. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong follow-through, task discipline, and the ability to drive operational excellence across a people-intensive or multi-outlet environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    - Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business performance
    - Manage and support team members across multiple outlets or functions
    - Drive task execution with strong follow-through and accountability
    - Monitor manpower planning, scheduling, and operational coverage
    - Identify operational issues and implement practical, solutions-oriented improvements
    - Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
    -Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards
    - Coordinate cross-functional communication between operations and management
    - Track operational KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership
    - Assist in handling employee relations and operational challenges

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - At least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
    - At least 3–5 years of experience in operations, people management, or similar role
    - Experience in multi-outlet or people-intensive environments (F&B, retail, fitness, education, etc.)
    - Strong execution skills with high attention to detail and task discipline
    - Hands-on leadership style with ability to manage ground operations
    - Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
    -Ability to speak and read Japanese is an added advantage
    - Experience working with regional or Japanese management teams is preferred
