• Job Description

  - Monitor, operate, and maintain security product log management tools on a daily basis
  - Analyze network and security logs to detect anomalies, potential threats, and system issues
  - Perform regular checks to ensure stable operation of network and security monitoring systems
  - Investigate alerts and incidents, and support initial response and escalation procedures
  - Document operational procedures, incident reports, and analysis results clearly and accurately
  - Communicate with clients regarding system status, incidents, and operational inquiries
  - Act as a technical liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  - Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes and operational workflows
  - Assist with troubleshooting network-related issues in cooperation with other engineers
  - Ensure compliance with internal security policies and operational standards
