  • Job Description

    • Provide technical support for grid-connected PV systems to ensure compliance with standards, safety, and regulations.
    • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
    • Attend meetings, site visits, and testing & commissioning (T&C) activities.
    • Supervise PV system installations, including handling subcontractors and site-related matters.
    • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure proper functionality.
    • Conduct operation and maintenance (O&M) activities, including troubleshooting, testing, and repairs.
    • Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues during design or on-site.
    • Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance at all times.
    • Support the Operations Manager in daily technical and project-related tasks

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    • Min. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
    • Min 2 to 3 years experience operation and maintenance of the solar system
    • Hands-on experience with PV systems, inverters, and other solar technology.

    <Advantageous>
    • Chargeman and wireman certifications are highly encouraged
    • Proficiency in English and Malay
    • Able to work independently
