Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR & General Affairs Manager to oversee all HR and GA functions at our Malaysian subsidiary.This position supports both the head office and restaurant operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
‐Upon joining the company, you will first be responsible for establishing and designing the overall HR systems and policies.
-Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for head office and store staff.
-Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, and workplace issue resolution.
-Oversee payroll, attendance, and statutory benefits (EPF, SOCSO, EIS).
-Ensure compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and other labor regulations.
-Maintain office operations, facilities, and administrative documentation.
-Coordinate work permits and visa support for expatriates.
-Support store HR operations including staffing, labor management, and training.
Qualifications
Requirement
-Minimum 5 years of practical experience in HR, particularly in HR system design, implementation, and labor management.
-Experience in a managerial or leadership role.
-Strong knowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.
-Japanese language skills (JLPT N3 or above).English Level
