• Job Description

  Responsibilities
  - Visit and maintain regular contact with a set of assigned existing clients
  - Deliver personalized after-sales service and follow-ups for clients’ product and technical requirements.
  - Develop and cultivate new business relationships to expand the customer base.
  - Coordinate the import and delivery of machine tools from Japan to clients in the region.
  - Act as a liaison between clients and the company’s Japanese headquarters or other overseas offices.
  - Follow up on specifications and orders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
  - Prepare sales reports and updates for the Managing Director.
  - Handle ad hoc administrative or operational tasks related to sales activities.
