  • Job Description

    - Oversee full-cycle accounting functions (bookkeeping, payments, bank reconciliations).
    - Manage monthly/annual financial reporting, audits, and statutory filings.
    - Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulations.
    - Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
    - Monitor and optimize cash flow management.
    - Approve daily accounting transactions and payment collections.
    - Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial processes for efficiency.
    - Supervise and mentor finance & accounts team members.
    - Prepare accurate financial statements independently.
    - Support business process improvements and ad-hoc projects as assigned by management
    - Oversee full-cycle accounting functions (bookkeeping, payments, bank reconciliations).

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - At least bachelor's degree in finance, accountancy, or equivalent qualifications.
    - At least 5 years of working experience in full-set accounting experience.
    - At least 3 years of experience in audit.
    - Experience with ERP/SAP
    - Proficiency in Excel (able to create calculation sheets using pivot tables and formulas).
    - Language skills: Good command of English, Chinese, Japanese (preferred).
    - Experience managing several branches (preferred).
    - Independent, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
