Job Description
Key Role:
Handling HR administrative role specifically in ensure smooth working of Expatriate at the company (15 Members)
Responsibilities:
1. Handling Expatriate
- Execute and liaise with Immigration Department, and Expatriate Services Division (ESD) on visa EP/PVP application and renewal.
- Handle expatriate support and welfare, i.e. Condominium, Company Car, Medical Check-up, Driving License, Passport etc.
- Ensure execution tasks related to expatriate On-Boarding / Out-Boarding comply with company requirement and Malaysia regulations.
- Coordinate and keep track with 3rd party tax agent on the matter of expatriate Monthly Income Tax Matter and expatriate payroll matters. i.e. CP 21 and CP 22
- Maintain record information of administration data of expatriate expenditure and outstation travel.
- Prepare yearly budget in relation to expatriate.
- Ensure to keep update for any rule and law changes in relation with visa, EP, PVP and expatriate welfare in Malaysia.
- Coordinate monthly townhall meeting between expatriate and Top Management.
2. HR Administration
- Submit periodic expatriate HR report to Japan office i.e. attendance record, medical claim and etc.
- Ensure department ISO documents in good order and update i.e. Procedures, EAIA, Risk Management.
- Able to record and process invoice for department payment and department expenses.
- Perform general and administrative duties include handle distribution of uniform for staff and maintain proper record of uniform.
- Organize and maintain proper office filing and record system.
- Ensure up-to-date related HR report, database i.e. House Rental, Phone line, company car, etc.
- Other Human Resources and Administration duties assigned by Head of Department from time to time.

Requirement
- Education Background : Min Diploma in any field related field.
- Fresh graduate from Japanese university is encouraged to apply.
- Certificate of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (N3 above)
- Require Skills :
1. Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and customers, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel.
3. Proactive and able to work either independently or in a team.
4. Pleasant personality and able to interact with people of all levels
5. Ability to analyse problems and propose for better solutions.English Level

- Phone allowance : RM130.00 per month.
