  • Job Description

    ・Overseas the full HR functions and to enhance and further develop the HR Management System of the company which include payroll administration, compensation & benefit, recruitment(Especially for Store Supervisor), new employee onboard orientation, training
    and development, staff welfare and insurance, foreign worker application, leave application and others are executed in timely and effective manner
    ・Payroll Calculation for the company and monitor the payroll calculation for the subsidiaries
    ・Prepare or revise employment regulations
    ・Recruit the manpower for the company when necessary and prepare the necessary Work Permit for the new joinee
    ・Ensure proper documents filing of the company and subsidiaries
    ・Monitor the license Status
    ・Planning and Organizing Company event

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any fields
    - Having 7 years experience of Full set of HR.
    - Having Management experiecne

Additional Information

  • Benefit

    - Bonus: depends on performance
    - Annual increment: in July ( avg. 3~5%)
    - AL: starting from 14 days (+1 day every year with upper limit)

    - Transportation: RM100 (only NON-manager
    level)
    - Transportation mileage claim for customer visitation: RM0.80 per km
