  • Job Description

    - Attend to all general conveyancing works including Developer's projects and sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion
    - Ensuring that all transactions meet their legal obligations
    - Attending meetings with legal parties involved in transaction
    - Attend signing of the SPA and other legal documents
    - Review legal documents, prepare status report and all other types of work assigned by the Partner from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Requirement>

    - Possess Bachelor's Degree of Law with valid Practicing Certificate
    - 2 to 3 years PQE experience in handling developer's projects and sub sale SPA and loan documentations
    - Good command of written English
    - Good verbal communication and telephone skills
