    Main role
    - Respond sincerely from the end user's perspective to various inquiries from end users.
    - Accurately and promptly resolve inquiries from end users.
    - Manage inquiries and service requests and devise solutions for them.
    - Centrally manage the entire flow from the opening to the closing of each ticket.
    - Maintain and monitor the quality of service based on indicators such as response to inquiries, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and rectify as necessary.
