    • Responsible for managing and leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients.
    • Identify and analyze market opportunities to drive sales growth.
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs for strategic planning.
    • Other ad-hoc duties may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Education Background :
    • Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Business Studies or equivalent qualification

    Experience :
    • Min 3 to 5 years working experience. Prefer working experience as a distributor or trading. Experience in B2B will be added advantage

    Require Skill :
    • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
    • Proven experience in sales and managing a sale team.
    • Sales experience in B2B will be advantage.
    • Result-oriented and aggressive with strong leadership qualities.
    • Independent and able to motivate and drive teams to achieve sales.
    • Able to travel
