    1. Administrative Support: Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing reports and presentations.
    2. Communication Skills: Facilitating effective communication between the Director and various internal and external stakeholders,
    3. Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel overseas as required, ensuring seamless coordination and logistical arrangements during trips.
    4. Representation: Serving as an ambassador for the company, presenting a professional and presentable appearance while interacting with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
    5. Social Aptitude: Demonstrating excellent social skills to engage and interact with diverse individuals across various levels, fostering positive relationships and representing the company's ethos effectively.
    6. Adaptability and Discretion: Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, maintaining a flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Possess at least Bachelor Degree or above in any related field.
    - At least 1 year or above or experience in similar role, experience in online gaming industry will be added advantage.
    - Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
    - A professional and presentable appearance, with a strong focus on social acumen and representation skills.
    - Interested in OC industry.
    - Willing to travel overseas for business meetings, expos and exhibitions. (frequent)
    - Extroverted, can attend social activities, making connections with people from different background
