Job Description
- Design product development projects and monitoring progress plan
- Prepare, plan and allocate resources inclusive of equipment and manpower
- Prioritise the workload, seeking input from relevant stakeholders
- Communication with stakeholders on project status, review and determine final output
- Regular team meetings to review and analyse the project
- Provide appropriate training, support and mentoring to junior engineer
- Maintaining product line and all relevant regulatory and technical data
- Research and product development as per market needs and trends
- Address any internal and external queries regarding product line
- Attend and present at customer meetings and attend industry conferences, contribute to technical workshops
Qualifications
Requirement
- Education Background : Bachelor in Chemical / Polymer Engineering, Applied Chemistry (polymer)
- Experience : Min 3 years of related of working experiences
- Required Skills:
1. Polymer Engineering (plastics, extruding experience)
2. Customer Service (plastic converter include injection molding, cast film & blow film converter & etc)
3. Team building and project management
4. Understand carbon black application in polymer engineeringEnglish Level
