  • Job Description

    - Design customer service projects and monitoring plan
    - Prepare, plan and allocate resources inclusive of equipment and manpower
    - Prioritise the work load, seeking input from relevant stakeholders
    - Communication with stakeholders on project status, review and approve final output
    - Regular team meetings to review and analyse the projects
    - Ensure the team members are competent and receive the appropriate training, support and mentoring
    - Maintaining product line and all relevant regulatory and technical data
    - Research and product development as per market needs and trends
    - Address any internal and external queries regarding product line
    - Attend and present at customer meetings and attend industry conferences, contribute to technical workshops

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor in Chemical / Polymer Engineering, Applied Chemistry (polymer)

    - Experience :Min 8 years of industry experiences in the discipline of plastic compound or related downstream extrusion activities

    - Required Skills:
    1. Specific knowledge and experiences of the relevant product lines (Black masterbatches, white masterbatches, conducive compound, additive masterbatch)
    2. Standard extrusion modelling software and technique, polymer related test methods and field application. Supervisory experiences able to manage a team
    3. Workshop upkeep management experience include budget planning
    4. Willing to travel (China & Taiwan)
