Job Description
- Design and perform laboratory analysis such as HPLC, FTIR, DSC, EDX, XRF and etc
- Design and perform small scale pilot run (polymer extrusion) at technical workshop independently
- Able to troubleshoot production process (polymer compounding) and provide technical support
- Assist and lead a team in product or process development projects
- Provide customer technical service

Requirement
Education Background : Bachelor in Chemical / Polymer Engineering, Applied Chemistry (polymer)
- Experience : Min 1 year of related of working experiences / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Required Skills:
1. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential. Strong communication skills are crucial, enabling effective interaction with customers.
2. Should demonstrate expertise in project management, capable of executing the PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) cycle with minimal supervision.
3. Willing to travel (Pakistan/ Indonesia/ Vietnam/ Philippines/ China / Taiwan), no need to travel for the first 2 yearsEnglish Level
