• Job Description

  Lead the day-to-day Group's financial activities with broad responsibility for the preparation of Group's management reporting, budgets, statutory reporting, cash flow management, prepare analysis and undertake projects aimed at improving business performance.
  
  • Oversee full spectrum of day-to-day financial operations and maintaining an in-depth understanding of the key drivers of the business in order to derive clear and succinct analyses of the ongoing business and financial performance of operations.
  
  • Responsible for monthly management financial reporting with strict application and compliance of Malaysia accounting standards.
  
  • Ensure accurate and proper recording and treatment of all transactions with adherence to the accounting standards and policies.
  
  • Implements and maintains accounting system, internal controls and working procedures.
  
  • Liaison with external auditor, tax agent, bankers, investors and other statutory bodies.
  
  • Initiates, directs and co-ordinate the preparation of financial analysis, budgets and forecasts.
  
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion and compliance with all relevant statutory reporting to ensure good corporate governance.
  
  • Ensure an effective management of payables, receivables, and cash flows.
  
  • Coaching and career development for subordinates and team members.
  
  • Undertake ad-hoc functions, assignments and related duties when required.
