• Job Description

  1. To assist to coordinate and monitor the design function in respect to all mechanical and electrical works.
  2. To review design input for adequacy, compliance with statutory requirements, review, verify and validate design output and controlling design changes and modifications.
  3. To assist in planning and preparing Project Design Programmes and project design and build master schedule as required.
  4. To assist in preparing Authorities Submission Schedule and CF inspection schedule for each project as required.
  5. To liaise with the customers and other sections.
  6. To review, verify and validate design output as applicable as per procedures.
  7. To ensure conformance to the design and development procedures of the Kajima Total Management Systems.
  8. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems.
  9. To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
