• Job Description

  Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  1. To support the Contracts Section Head / Commercial Section Head pertaining to all contractual and costing matters for the area.
  2. To coordinate the preparation of cost analysis, quotation or tender price for new projects.
  3. To evaluate risks of tender conditions on contractual and costing matters for discussion.
  4. To supervise the preparation of project site budget.
  5. To supervise the preparation of projected cash flow of all projects.
  6. To supervise the preparation of procurement schedule.
  7. To evaluate all quotations.
  8. To draft all sub-contract agreements and Purchase Orders.
  9. To supervise the preparation of monthly Budget Summary Report.
  10. To review of subcontractors and suppliers progress claims.
  11. To review the preparation of progress claims to customers.
  12. To supervise the preparation of variation orders and final accounts to customers.
  13. To liaise with project team and design team for costing matter.
  14. To supervise the preparation of variation orders and final accounts to sub-contractors and suppliers.
  15. To ensure conformance to the relevant procedures of the Total Management Systems.
  16. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Total
  Management Systems.
  17. To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
