    【Duties and Responsibilities:】
    • To be responsible for overall planning on M&E works and to ensure the M&E works are carried out as per project requirements.
    • To ensure of M&E works is completed in accordance with the project requirements and budget, able to identify any issues or delays and addressed promptly.
    • To liaise / coordinate with the Client, Consultants, Subcontractors and Suppliers to ensure the M&E works are carried out as per contract and authorities’ requirements.
    • Conduct M&E meeting and update site progress report to head office.
    • Support the site QS in all M&E contractual related activities.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
    - Experience : Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Factory/Facilities, Clean Room, and Semiconductor related factory construction
    - Clean Room experience would be the best, warehouse or factory experience could be considered
    - Require Skill : Excellent knowledge of building service system – Mechanical ventilation, lifts, fire protection, electrical & low voltage and utilities
    - Knowledge of construction sequencing, M&E materials, and methods of construction.
    - Proficiency in MS Project and AutoCAD.
    - Candidates with LEED certification are an added advantage.
    - Strong project management skills, result driven, adaptable with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
