• Job Description

  - Plans, manages, organizes, directs and controls the business, daily operations and administration of the branch.
  - Developing sales & marketing for all related products, systems, and service of the company
  - Formulating sales strategies and develop marketing plan to meet sales forecast, budgeting and to grow sales including AOP.
  - Identify and develop new markets and maintain good relationship with customer in order to build a stable team platform that is profitable and has sustainable long-term growth potential including subordinates for this
  purpose."
  - Keep abreast of market developments and competitor actions and provide feedback to management including subordinates for this purpose.
  - Update customers on company’s new products regularly and obtain their feedback.
  - Leading, supervising, training, development, coaching and motivating the team members.
  - Guide and supervise the team in all activities related to the operation.
  - Ensure group/team schedules and objectives are met group/team members.
  - Prepare monthly sales report and attend monthly management meeting.
  - Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer
  relationships and ensure repeat customers."
  - Create/initiate ideas to improve the department’s operation.
  - Responsible and ensure the subordinates are carry out their duty according to their JD.
  - Increase capability on product and technical knowledge.
  - Working closely with management on expansion plan.
  - Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  - Responsible for any other tasks assigned from time to time by superior.
