    【Responsibilities:】
    • Coordinate for process daily order received from sales.
    • Support for Issuance of Purchase Order to factory for new order.
    • Supervise and follow up with warehouse on inventory check and responsible for the reconciliation on the stock variance.
    • Support to ensure all sales and import documentation been process efficiently and according to requirement.
    • To support and carry out ad-hoc task, project and assignment given by superiors.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : At least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Admin or equivalent. (Candidate graduate with degree in supply chain would be added advantage)
    - Experience : With 1 years of sales support/ supply chain experience
    - Require Skill : Strong MS Office, SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
    - With good sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
