• Job Description

  Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  1. To review calculation of quantities or taking-off for cost analysis, quotation or tender purpose.
  2. To check of site budget.
  3. To check of monthly Budget Summary Report.
  4. To check of subcontractors progress claims.
  5. To check of progress claims to customers.
  6. To check of variation orders and final accounts to customers.
  7. To check of variation orders and final accounts to subcontractors and suppliers.
  8. To liaise with project team and design team for costing matter.
  9. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total Management Systems.
  10. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
