  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Prepare regular reports for Top Management
  • Improving revenue and profit margin
  • Cut Down unnecessary expenses
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities
  • Produce accurate Monthly and Quarterly Sales Performance reports to the Management
