Job Description
Here's a taste of what you will be doing:
- Manage and develop the growth of the Digital Marketing team in SG and MY.
- Ability to build an integrated marketing plan across digital advertising, external account management, and thought leadership campaigns to drive growth within the targeted region
- Oversee the regional content strategy and implement powerful and engaging content for distribution via local channels/ platforms
- Forecast, analyse and track the ROI of campaigns to meet and/or exceed the regions pipeline, revenue and retention targets aligning with the regional marketing budget
- Prepare monthly reports on all existing initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for planning and execution of campaigns

Qualifications
Requirement
Education Background :
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
Experience :
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing. Experience in B2B/SME marketing and SaaS is preferred
Require Skill :
- Strong track record of leading and managing a successful marketing team
- Have strong communication skills, achieving understanding and alignment with main stakeholders
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, email and content marketing strategies
- Familiar with and be able to plan budget, strategies and optimise paid ads (Google Ads, FB/IG Ads, Youtube Ads, etc), as well as basic WordPress CMS
- Able to measure and analyse campaigns in terms of CPA, CPC, reach, engagement etc
- Strong sense of ownership and results-driven
- Possess good writing skills and a good eye for designEnglish Level
