• Job Description

  Head of Bakery is responsible for embodying Huckleberry’s Vision, Mission, and Values and leads the team in execution of the Huckleberry Brand products.
  
  -Enhanced and maintained the central standardized recipe and ingredient repository, including nutritional and cost info
  -Planning on overall flow of operation with maintaining QA & QC and streamlining efficiencies
  -Establishing production lines and schedules and everything that starting up new business entails
  -Maintained updated knowledge of local competitions and restaurants industry trends
  -Verified proper portion sizes and consistently attained high food quality standards
  -Actively involved in cost control, sanitation and project development
  -Achieved and exceeded performance, budget and team goal
  -Maintain smooth and timely operations in preparation and delivery of bakery items
  -Inspect kitchen to observe bakery item preparation quality, appearance and cleanliness of production area
  -Create and manage budget for operation and capital equipment’s
  -Prepare operations report and analyses and made appropriate recommendation about progress and negative trends
  -Expertly managed staff and maintain appropriate staffing level
  -Recommend suitable machinery and equipment for the production either small or big scale
