  • Job Description

    • Work with key Asia customers to assist them with implementing cLGA products and socket designs.
    • Develop innovative product solutions for various customer applications.
    • Utilize 3D CAD software to develop cLGA derivative designs.
    • Collect, record, and analyze data.
    • Develop and review product performance specifications.
    • Provide suggestions during incident investigations and providing root cause analysis.
    • Advise on corrective actions.
    • Work with development and US based product engineers to develop a cost-effective solutions.
    • Ensure projects are completed on time.
    • Ensure cLGA derivative designs are cost effective.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Master’s degree a plus.
    • At least 2 years of connector industry experience or similar.
    • Proficient in 3D modeling using Solidworks
    • General understanding of drawing standards such as ASME Y14.5.
    • General understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
    • Ability to communicate well with Global Customers and all levels of the organization including Management, Marketing, Sales, Process Engineering, Test Lab personnel, other Engineers (local and global).
    • Ability to prioritize, work to meet objectives and to manage multiple activities/projects simultaneously.
