Job Description
• Develop, plan & execute marketing strategy and activities both online and offline to support overall brand growth and profitability
• Manage retail & online sales performance including key accounts and maintaining good relationship with retailers.
• Managing marketing campaigns and digital contents on social media platforms and social media calendar planning (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), working with KOLs, etc
• Other marketing related work support including store visits to set up store displays and POP, event operation, live broadcasts, product training, other ad-hoc tasks etc.
• Monitor, analyse and evaluate market and brand trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify market opportunities
• Oversee creative direction on both ATL & BTL and manage unification of the creatives across various channels.
• Ensure weekly and monthly marketing detailed reporting to management
• Directly report to the brand manager and work closely with HQ Global Merchandising Team in Tokyo, Japan
Qualifications
Requirement
【 Must 】
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience handling Facebook ads, YouTube ads, Google ads an/ord other related digital advertisements
- At least 1-5 years marketing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
【 Advantage 】
- (preferably in the beauty / FMCG industry / marketing agency)English Level
