  • Job Description

    - Responsible for all activities of Industry (IND) / Food Service (FDS) of company and to meet agreed sales and profit budgets.
    - Plan, direct, manage and coordinate all sales functions in IND/FDS division, including the business development.
    - Develop and coordinate the strategies and action plans defined for the proper achievement of the objectives of company for Industry (IND) / Food Service (FDS).
    - Strongly promote sales of company products in all territories, in close cooperation with Group management.
    - Further develop and motivate the Industry (IND) / Food Service (FDS) team.
    - Manage and control expenditure of Industry (IND) / Food Service (FDS) of company.
    - Responsibility for the yearly budgeting process.
    - Review all logistics procedures in order to guarantee optimal pricing structures, efficient and timely distribution and correct storage conditions, by working closely with SCM team.
    - Ensure that local food legislation is followed and that all products are properly compliance with the respective authorities.
    - Responsible for compliance with local law and regulations as well as with existing company policies and procedures and with the company.
    - Key Performance Indicators.
    - Meet annual budgets for sales and profit.
    - Ongoing development of company-IND/FDS business by actively investigating new opportunities.
    - Build strong and reliable sales team in the region.
    - To lead Industry / Food Service Division of company business across all parts of South East Asia.
    - To deliver a robust, profitable business with high integrity in accordance with company’s Mission and Core Values.
    - To implement a “Customer centric” culture – defining, segmenting and developing target group specific solutions to customers’ needs.
    - Delivery of sales and profit against annual budgets.
    - To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Bachelor Degree in Food engineering/ Food science/business management
    - At least 5 year(s) experience as Regional Sales Manager who has already been responsible for a business unit preferably within an international group.
    - Sales experiences in similar market channel of Industry / Food Service/HORECA
    - must know overseas market, (Thailand ,Philippine, Indonesia and etc.)

    <Preferable>
    - Collaborate closely with the Group Chief Commercial Officer, utilizing their experience to develop specific initiatives, projects or customers.

    Breakdown

    1. New Year Eve Leave : 0.5 day in the afternoon granted by the Company if 31st December falls on a working day.
    2. Festival Eeve Leave : 0.5 day in the afternoon granted by the Company if the eve of the festival falls on a working day.
    3. Medical Leave : 14 days (less than 2 years' service)
    4. Medical Treatment : Normal Clinic - RM60.00 per visit; Specialist Clinic - Up to RM200.00 per visit.
    5. Insurance : Medical Card - Group Medical, Term Life and Accident Insurance.

    7. Dental Treatment : RM300.00 per annum
