  • Job Description

    - Responsible for after-sales services, such as maintenance machines, preservation on client site.
    Product: Automatic and Assembly machines
    Japanese language: To communicate with client and HQ(Japan)

    - Hear and contact service needs or technical issues from clients on the customer site
    - Work on customer issues(including technical matters), identify root cause, and suggest a solution
    - Execution management of service provision
    - You will have training in Japan for 6 months to understand maintenance/Installation equipment.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    <Must>
    - Diploma or above in Engineering
    - Japanese skill N2 or above
    - Having working experience as engineer in manufacturing company .

    <Preferable>
    - At least 2-3 years of experience as a service engineer in manufacturing companies
    - Have maintenance experience for Automatic and Assembly machines
    - Japanese skill N1
