Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handle the recruitment, create JD liaise with related agencies and source the candidate
• Handle Pre-onboarding activities- arrange pre-employment medical check-ups for successful candidates.
• Handle onboarding process and conduct orientation for newly hired employees.
• Handle the employee’s contract extension
• Assist off-boarding process includes conduct exit interview.
• Handle expatriate work pass – new application, renewal & cancellation
• Administrative support in employee’s movement process and other general administrative tasks where HR operations support is required.

• Have Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any other related field
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in HR admin role.
• Able to communicate with all levels (Malay, English & Mandarin)English Level
