• Job Description

  - Coordinate and direct Mechanical Designers to develop and design mechanical component, vision inspection module and Automated Vision Inspection machine base on customer specifications & standard
  - Oversee the design of mechanical components such as instruments, controls, robots, machines, fabrication, operation, application, installation, etc.
  - Leads, advocates, and enforces best practices in design, development, and testing to ensure product manufacturability, robustness, and function
  - Carry out design calculation, create design and prepare proper drawing documentation which meets the requirement/specifications for manufacturing, assembly and engineering works
  - Conduct reviews on model designs, conceptual design, analysis, validation plans & manufacturing drawings documentations to ensure high quality of work as well as to achieve the specifications and standards
  - Ensure design improvement/optimization for better quality & cost-effective solutions and devise new solutions to existing manufacturing problems
  - Ensure vendors/subcontractors are manufacturing products according to product specifications
  - Schedule all activities within team members and plan necessary resources to make sure all task given will be completed on time
  - Communicate and coordinate with internal cross function team for task execution & external parties such as vendor & supplier for standard part & machine part specifications
  - Monitor team member performance from time to time and assess each subordinate’s workload by reviewing their performance periodically
  - Ensure that the quality management system conforms to the requirements of this International Standard
  - Ensure that the processes are delivering their intended outputs
  - Report on the performance of the quality management system and on opportunities for improvement (Please refer to Quality Manual Section 10.1) to top management
  - Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization
  -Ensure that the integrity of the quality management system is maintained when changes to the quality management system are planned and implemented.
  - Keep abreast on one’s job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks and participating in professional organizations
