  Job Scope:
  Study product samples
  Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
  Analyze existing and potential processes and ideas, focusing on improving business efficiencies
  Create and maintain the information architecture
  Communicate with product designers and developers to understand product details
  Collaborate with technical staff
  Analyze and manage existing and potential content
  Make high-quality documentation that meets standards and is appropriate and easy to use
  Produce and distribute tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
  Research and collect usability feedback
