  • Job Description

    ・Provide technical support to company server (24/7 basis only upon emergency issue)
    ・Attend to Data Center (Cyberjaya) occasionally upon necessity.
    ・Investigate, troubleshoot, and provide solutions.
    ・Design, develop, test scenarios and test cases and deploy the application.
    ・Troubleshoot hardware/software issues on virtual server, windows server, network connection.
    ・Responsible for creation of all system documentation, prepare backup procedures, and ensure these are kept up to date.
    ・In charge of server preventive maintenance, back-up procedures, network and PC.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [ MUST ]
    ・At least 3 to 4 years of experience in IT technical support.
    ・Experience with setup & maintenance of windows servers, virtual machines, remote desktop, router, Fortinet firewall.
    ・Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.

    [ ADVANTAGE ]
    ・CCNA / CCNP holder

    [ OTHERS ]
    ・Strong communication, interpersonal and customer relationship building skills.
    ・Motivated in problem solving.
    ・Able to work as a team and independently.
