  • Job Description

    - Travel to customer sites to install and repair laser products.
    ** Overall 1,000 clients in Malaysia with around 100 clients necessary for frequent on-site.
    - Provide training and technical support to end users.
    - Submit service report to head quarter.
    - Communicate closely with overseas technical team for technical support.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Education Background : Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
    - Experience :
    > 2 ~ 5 years service / installation experience in optic / laser / fiber related devices / machines / equipment
    > Experience with optical and electrical test methods in support of active fiber devices such as fiber amplifiers and lasers
    - Require Skill :
    > Optic / laser / fiber related knowledge
    > Ability to interpret electrical schematics
    > Excellent electrical / electronics troubleshooting skills
    > Must understand manufacturing processes
    > Ability to strip, cleave, and splice optical fibers is a plus
    > Basic soldering skill and ESD (ElectroStatic Discharge) awareness
    > General knowledge of fiber optic components and test equipment is helpful
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Others :
    > Able to travel approximately 80% of the time, primarily domestic. sometimes international
    > Excellent communication skill
    > Ability to work interdependently in professional environment
    > Some overtime required
    > Must be computer literate
