• Job Description

  As a key functional in Malaysia, achieve targeted company goals through following activities under collaboration with Japanese Head Office, Singapore Office, other regional affiliates, distributors, licensors/licensees, and office staff.
  
  • Establishing and executing commercial strategy of responsible products including
  o Market and competitor analysis
  o Plan and execute commercial strategy
  o Pre-and post-marketing of new products
  o Promotional material preparations
  o Formulary listings
  o Incentive plan
  o Life cycle management
  • Conducting and executing sales and expense budget of responsible products
  o Sales and expense budget planning, and tracing
  o Analyzing sales results and taking countermeasures if needed.
  o Evaluating cost-effectiveness of each budget spending.
  • Engaging and building good relationship with stakeholders including
  o Healthcare providers and KOLs
  o Professional organizations
  o Patient advocacy groups
  • Training and support Sales Forces/Distributors/Licensees
  o Presenting sales strategies
  o Creating training materials and providing product sales training
  o Visiting HCPs and KOLs
  • Planning and executing booth or symposium at congress or conferences.
  • Reviewing and evaluating new (in-licensing) products
