Qualifications

• Requirement

  - Education Background : Degree / Master Degree in Food Technology, Food Science.
  - Experience :
  > At least 3 years in R&D or food application role in the area of bakery/confectionery.
  > Experienced in application & technical support function and preferably in the specialty fats & oils industry.
  - Require Skill :
  > Possesses good hands on the bakery/confectionery application.
  > Strong in excel and analytical Skills.
  > Possesses good knowledge on the food ingredients, for instance, food emulsifiers, food hyrocolloids, starches & flours.
  > Industry exposure on the bakery/confectionery production.
  - Others :
  > Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  > Able to handle customer projects & customer complaint.
  > Initiative driven/ problem solving mindset.
  > Ability to work in fast past environment.
  > Computer literate.
  > Team player.
