  • Job Description

    A business of this company is an advisory management and recruitment of franchisees in the ASEAN region.
    As a Junior Accounting Executive, in charge of supporting assistant manager in terms of full set account and partial finance.
    Candidate who is willing to learn about finance will be suitable.

    - Handling full set of accounts, including preparation of journal entries
    - Responsible for preparation of notes to accounts on a monthly basis, such as breakdown of accruals, deposits and prepayments etc.
    - Responsible for preparation of monthly bank reconciliation
    - Responsible for timely submission for monthly management report
    - Liaise with auditors, tax agents and other local authorities whenever necessary
    - Assist in general office administrative matters
    - Assist with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Mandarin
    - Education Background : at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
    -Experience: At least 1 year of accounting experience, preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
    - Require Skill : Strong with Excel
    - Others : Able to adapt to the office environment where majority of the company employees are Japanese
