  • Job Description

    1. To carry out manpower planning, recruitment budget, plan and yearly recruitment activities to fulfill the company's manpower requirements.
    2. Re-image the company's recruitment processes.
    3. Create branding and engagement on social media, and gain access to the top talent in the market and hire the best candidates for the business.
    4. Owning and managing the entire recruiting cycle from requisition to on boarding
    5. To liaise with advertisement agencies or recruitment consultant for assistance to recruit suitable candidates and conduct screening interview.
    6. To develop and administer recruitment and selection methods and procedures.
    To conduct recruitment interview within the company or in any part of the country.
    8. To conduct exit interview to find out reasons for employees resignation.
    9. Improve the retention activities.
    10. To review possible staff movement within the company to achieve manpower optimization or as per management's requirement
    11. Develop a unique, relevant and compelling proposition and create the external branding to reach the target talent pools.
    12. Develop long-term sourcing strategies for critical talent segments.
    13. Implement processes and programs to drive recruitment efficiency.
    14. Control, maintain and update manpower planning process and prepare related monthly and weekly manpower reports
    15. To prepare routine HR reports and other documents as and when required.
    16. Perform all other tasks as necessary and any other duties & responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in HR or other business-related field.
    2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition in a large MNC organisation.
    3. Good attention to detail, and effective process-driver.
    4. Excellent written and spoken communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with conceptual ability and able to work well with stakeholders at all levels.
    6. Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
    7. Pragmatic and action oriented.
    8. Professional experience in MS office tools is desired (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
    9. Possess strong ability to multi task and handle high recruitment volume in a fast-paced environment.
    10. Possess good knowledge and network around sourcing channels and talent acquisition in high tech industry.
