• Job Description

  1. To plan and propose accessory strategy based on the vehicle model direction in a timely & consistent manner to achieve business objectives.
  2. To develop accessories proposal for long/short term by defining accessories items and pricing.
  3. To propose and coordinate accessories items and package strategy for special edition / new edition.
  4. Strong coordination and communication with internal/external stakeholders on accessories planning and pricing based on long range planning, guidelines, market, and consumer needs.
  5. To coordinate and ensure planned product accessory are according to targeted plan.
  6. To ensure the genuine accessory direction are align with department’s direction and managing development of genuine accessories plan.
  7. To lead and coordinate Accessory Committee Meeting in development of accessories for approval.
  8. As key personnel with MMC Japan for genuine accessories including coordination, and negotiation.
  9. To establish SOP/process flow for genuine accessories.
  10. To carry out any other related job functions as required by immediate supervisor or MMM management.
