  • Job Description

    - Manage quality team activities for customer coordination, monitor new model and business plan strategy.
    - Lead team activities to achieve company quality goal, cost and delivery.
    - Creates, implements, maintains, policies and procedure to comply with customer and quality system requirements.
    - Plan and coordinate with Production and other internal departments on non-conformance product issues.
    - Perform quality of product or process related research, statistics, charts, investigation and analysis to meet customer requirements with continuous improvement.
    - Ensure all corrective and preventive measures carried out are in accordance to all procedures.
    - Interact with customers on all complaints received and coordinate on defect analysis and response activity.
    - Perform any other job function that may be assigned from time to time from immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Language : English, Japanese
    - Education Background : Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Electronic/Electrical or equivalent.
    - Experience :
    > At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    > Knowledge in OEM Industrial, 5 core tools (PFMEA, APQP, MSA, SPC, PPAP) and 7 QC tools.
    > Preferably Managers specializing in Manufacturing or Quality Assurance with strong communication skill.
    > Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
