Job Description
• To monitor and maintain the customer’s system and network infrastructure in shift rotation 24 hour, 365 days.
• To act as 1st level helpdesk for customer’s IT engineer and operation management.
• To coordinate trouble-shooting procedures with our valued customers, network carrier and respective system and network vendors.
• To assist Service Management Executive regarding operation related matters.
• Advise and suggest improvement for operation related documents.
• Responsible for Ticket Management, escalation and elevation.
• To perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Requirement
- Language : English, Japanese (JLPT N1-N3)
- Education Background : Bachelor Degree in IT or related discipline
- Experience :
- 2 to 4 years of IT Engineering Experience'
- Require Skill :
• Bachelor Degree in IT or related discipline
• Basic IT Experience
• Good communication skills.
- Desired Skills:
• Experience in the operation, maintenance and administration of various operating systems and applications; Microsoft Windows; Network and Server Monitoring, Backup, IP-Telephony would be advantage
• Possesses network or any IT related certificationsEnglish Level
