  Work nature: Nilax, a company involved in the business of buffets, cafes and corporate lunches, adopts the business model of meeting customers' various needs. With the concern of developing and running food related spaces through various channels, we are looking to an additional staff who will think of "customers first"!

  Job description:
  Position - Outlet Manager
  •As an outlet manager, you are at an executive level to the company with a chance of reaching company management level.
  •Each outlet in the company earns about 100-400 million per store.
  •You shall train and manage 20-100 staff, serve 100,000-300,000 customers per year, and most importantly bring smiles to customers and your staff
  •As outlet manager, you are under the purview of the HQ's management
  •An attractive point is that you not only contribute to the business of the company, but also develop as a valuable skilled person in the marketplace in the future

  総合職（マネジャー候補）
  店舗でのマネジャー業務（管理職）
  マネジャー候補、及びエグゼクティブ候補として店舗配属後、マネジャーを目指していただきます。
  当社では1店舗あたり年商売上1億円～4億円規模。20人～100人の従業員を育て、年間10万人～30万人のお客様に
  お食事していただき、お客様、スタッフ、地域の笑顔をつなぐことが使命です。マネジャーは経営者の分身です。
  将来的には幹部として会社の運営に貢献するだけでなく、市場価値の高い人財に成長して頂く事が最大の目的であると考えています。
