• Job Description

  
  Responsible for the overall Finance, Human Resources and Administration Division in UI Group of Companies, in particular, but not limited to:
  
  ▪Finance:
  1. Ensure meeting all time schedules for all financial reporting to management, the Management, Holding Company, shareholders, lenders/creditors and regulatory authorities wherever applicable, including the preparation and dissemination of monthly operating and financial reports, annual audited financial statements,
  2. Credit control and collection monitoring from the customers and the management of suppliers relationship,
  3. Be actively involved in management accounting activities and to assist management in cost control and production efficiency,
  4. Banking / Financing facilities negotiation, monitoring and control,
  5. Coordination of the business planning and budgeting efforts of the Group. Monitoring the Group’s performance against the budgets,
  6. All financial analysis of capital expenditures, expansion plans, facilities acquisitions, etc Management of Fixed Assets
  7. Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze financial statements to pinpoint potential areas for improvement,
  8. Establish and implement short and long term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures,
  9. Assets and liabilities management,
  10. Risk management, including but not limited to insurance,
  11. Interact with other departments to provide consultative support to planning initiatives through financial and management information analyses, reports, and recommendations,
  12. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and company secretary,
  13. Payroll preparation, analysis, monitoring and control for Senior Management for the Group,
  14. Advise top management for the corporate investment and viability,
