    REPORTS TO : PIC in KM & Client Premises

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
    • Support China Users (Must be able to read, write and speak fluent Chinese)
    • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
    • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving KM machinery
    • Research questions using available information resources
    • Advise user on appropriate action to Client
    • Follow standard help desk procedures by KM
    • Log all help desk interactions with KM
    • Escalate problems to appropriate resource and departments at Client’s and/or KM
    • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention to Client and/or KM
    • Track and route problems and requests and document solutions
    • Prepare activity reports to be submitted to Client and/or KM
    • Stay current with system information, changes and updates regarding all KM machineries
    • Working with both Internal and External customers/employees of the Client to identify problems and advising on the solution regarding KM machineries
    • Logging and keeping records of customer/employee queries to be submitted to KM

  • Requirement

    - Language : Must have very good communication skills (read, written and spoken) English and Chinese.
    - Education Background : Diploma or Degree in IT or relevant fields
    - Experience :Experience and knowledge in Help Desk position is an advantage, minimum one year working experience in IT industry
    - Require Skill : Analytical skills, MS Windows systems administration, MS Office applications, MS Active Directory, Common IT Knowledge
    - Certificate : N/A
    - Transportation : Own (Must)
    - Others : 1) Ability to work on shifts and may be required to physically move IT equipment 2) Willing to travel (Klang Valley)
    - Personal Attributes: 1) Self-initiative, team player, 2) Willing to work hard and independently
