• Job Description

  1. To fully support the Project Manager to lead and guide a project team to complete a project within schedule, ensure the projects are completed with safety, within budget and of quality of works to the satisfaction of customers and/or consultant
  2. To ensure all relevant technical expertise/knowledge are made available to the site staff
  3. To fully support the Project Manager to prepare Construction Work Programme, Project Execution Plan and Progress Report
  4. To coordinate all sub-contractors/suppliers including Builder’s and M&E works to accomplish all the construction site activities
  5. To jointly prepare with the specialist sub-contractor, the various work method of statement and/or safe operating procedure.
  6. To supervise, inspect, record and ensure the site works are in line with requirement in terms of Safety, Schedule and Quality as per approved design/shop drawings and use of materials etc.
  7. To coordinate and periodically report to the Project Manager the project’s progress status at the interval as directed by the Project Manager.
  8. To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the company.
  9. To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
