- 60% field work at injection molding factories, 20% travel, and 20% office-based work.- Prepare quotations for parts sales and atier-sales servicing.- Carry out troubleshooting, repairs, and part replacements (including timing belts, drives, pulleys, and other mechanical or electrical components), perform modifications, and resolve technical issues on-site.- Perform robotic arm installation, setup, testing, and commissioning at customer sites.- Design basic end-of-arm tooling (EOAT) for take-out robots when required.- Support automation system installation, setup, and commissioning when required.- Provide technical consultation to customers for problem-solving and process improvement.- Support the sales and administrative teams when necessary.
