- Responsible for product & manufacturing process design as well as new product RFQ.- Review customer product design and able to propose DFM.- Manage new product manufacture process and tooling design activities to ensure proper new start-up compliance to customer requirement.- Establish Bill of Material (BOM) into ERP system for new product as well as BOM update when there is ECN.- Capable to handle tooling problem, troubleshooting and tooling improvement and problem defining.- Responsible for preparing product testing, mass production drawings, and packing instructions.- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan, schedule changes and recommending actions.- Work with Engineering & Production team, QA, and SCM for any new project issue and propose corrective & preventive action with total documentation to ensure achieving targets and timeline.- To liaise with customers for any technical issues during new product development. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.- To ensure RBA and Supplier Code of Conducts requirements are being met.- Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/management.

This role ensures processes are robust, efficient, and compliant with quality requirements by working closely with cross-functional teams from product design to production ramp-up.Key Responsibilities:1. Feasibility & manufacturability support- Lead DFM (Design for Manufacturing) activities.- Participate in drawing and design reviews to provide feedback on manufacturability.- Evaluate and confirm inspection feasibility; define required measurement tools and methods.2. Process planning & definition- Define and document end-to-end process flows for new products.- Identify and specify necessary equipment, tooling, jigs, and fixtures.- Set and validate process cycle time requirements to meet capacity targets.3.
