・Focus on sales growth in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, and Cafés), Cash & Carry (C&C), and Health Retail sectors within assigned territories.・Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s products.・Expand market presence by identifying and securing new business opportunities, including HoReCa channels.・Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, retailers, HoReCa clients, Cash & Carry operators, and Health Retail partners to ensure long-term partnerships.・Ensure product availability across all designated outlets to meet distribution targets.・Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize delivery efficiency and prevent stockouts.・Secure timely collection of payments from customers and maintain accurate transaction records.・Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.・Provide insights and feedback to management on customer needs and market conditions.・Develop and execute area development plans to strengthen market penetration.・Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams to enhance brand visibility.

SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Solution Architect (Japanese-speaking) is to consult with the client and work with internal teams to create strategies, transformational designs and the architectural vision for more complex solutions that address the clients’ needs. They provide multi-technology consulting services on all aspects of IT Infrastructure, Cloud and Security related components.Roles and Responsibilities:• Contributes to the development of complex solution architectures in specific business, infrastructure or functional areas.• Identifies and evaluates alternative architectures and the trade-offs in cost, performance and scalability.• Produces specifications of cloud-based or on-premises components, tiers and interfaces, for translation into detailed designs using selected services and products.• Supports a change programme or project through the preparation of technical plans and application of design principles that comply with enterprise and solution architecture standards.• Accountable for understanding client requirements, collecting data, delivering analysis and problem resolution.• Monitors the external environment to gather intelligence on emerging technologies.• Creates reports and technology roadmaps and shares knowledge and insights with others.• Designs components using appropriate modelling techniques following agreed architectures, design standards, patterns and methodology.• Creates multiple design views to address the concerns of the different stakeholders of the architecture and to handle both functional and non-functional requirements, including proof of concept (POC).• Reviews, verifies and improves own designs against specifications.• Makes recommendations for the development of new go to market services and contributes knowledge on relevant verticals.• Operate across both the technical levels within the enterprise architecture and the value chain to develop holistic and integrated solutions.

<Job Description>-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market presence and grow customer base within the scaffolding sector.-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and client engagement.-Plan and execute regular sales visits to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.-Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotations, and technical solutions that align with customer requirements and company objectives.-Collaborate with the Design & Engineering team to deliver impactful technical presentations and ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key liaison to ensure timely responses and resolution of any issues.-Manage all documentation and presentation materials for project tenders, including cost estimates and technical submissions.-Contribute to the development of innovative business development strategies to strengthen market position.-Track and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collections.-Support other sales, marketing, and business development initiatives as assigned by management.
