Through continuous design improvements and active R&D efforts, it has grown from a racking and shelving producer into a space-optimisation solutions provider, offering one of the most complete ranges of pallet racks and shelving systems in the market.■ PRODUCT/SERVICESSupplies and manufactures racking systems, helping clients enhance warehouse productivity, maximize storage capacity with minimal investment, streamline handling processes, reduce time and cost wastage, and improve safety by preventing injuries and damages.■ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES・To responsible for sales growth and customers development of assigned Market Sector, Key Customer and New Market Development.・To lead, direct & provide training to a team of staff in penetrating target markets and meeting sales target, developing new opportunities and enhancing customer relationship・Responsible for Team's Sales Collection & implement stringent credit control, minimizing company's credit risk exposure.・To strategize and track the sales process management, brand strategies, market research, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and market weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing the targeted market share.・Establish strong sales operating structure, processes and procedures to ensure disciplined market coverage and service levels.・To develop and communicate company’s goals and results to personnel; supervising, and supporting the sales team; and upholding company’s policies.・To propose annual business plan & constantly (monthly) review with sales team members ensuring business direction & planning is on track.・Build and maintain effective communication channels between sales management and other departments to ensure smooth execution of business plans and strategies.・To provide updates & report to superior/ management on overall market development, progress achieved, marketing plans.・To ensure the team's order, enquiries and complaints are followed through satisfactorily・To ensure the confidentiality of, customer's list, tenders, RFQ and/or but not limited to company's other sensitive data.

<Job Description>Talent Acquisition• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job postings, sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, negotiating salaries, and extending offers.• Propose, organise and participate in career fairs, university recruitment events and industry networking opportunities.• Execute onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration for new employees.• Manage all matters relating to work passes, including applications and renewals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.Performance & Development• Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify training and development needs across different departments or teams.• Work closely with department heads and managers to understand skill gaps and areas for improvement.• Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and online for employees at all levels.• Maintain accurate training records and ensure timely renewals if required.Employee Relations & Engagement• Cultivate a positive workplace culture and resolve employee grievances professionally.• Propose and organise engaging employee activities and team-building initiatives.Compliance & Policy• Maintain HR policies to align with Malaysian labour laws and company standards.• Review and recommend changes to HR policies when required.HR Administration• Ensure employee records and HR data are updated in HRIS system and saved correctly.• Timely submission of weekly and monthly reports.• Prepare and manage HR documents (employment letter) such as letter of appointment, confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment etc.• Perform exit interview and clearance for leavers, ensuring letters and information updated in the digital employee personal file and HRIS system.• Assist other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
